The 5000 square meters of land acquired by CALC are located on the east-west axis in a valley shielded from the wind. The tract includes the old mill Casqueiro (derived from "casca", bark or shell, where bark was originally ground to furnish tanning agents) and the ruins of the former storage house above the mill. The old mill is the mothership of CALC. |
